  • 1/4 cup diced red onions
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup guacamole
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro

For the Finishing Fry and Seasoning

  • Olive oil for frying
  • 1 tsp lemon pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

**Prepare the Keto Chips:**

  • In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Microwave for 1 minute, stirring halfway, until melted and well combined.
  • In a separate bowl, mix the almond flour, baking powder, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.
